About the Conference

The Consciousness and Brain conference will bring together neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy experts to share advances and foster interdisciplinary debate. It will be the first event of its kind in South America and will take place in Cuenca, Ecuador, on November 13-14, 2025.

The California Institute for Human Science and the Society for Consciousness Studies supports this conference to promote local scientific research and create a global academic exchange space. It will feature keynote lectures, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, establishing Cuenca as a key center for the study of the mind and brain.
